Andrew Gilchrist has been in the Estate Agency industry for over 30 years, the last 20 years at Director/Owner level. He has been a Partner in his own business and between 2012 and 2020 Andrew worked for LSL Property Services PLC as the Managing Director for brands including Frost’s, Lawlors and Intercounty shaping the strategy, marketing and employee proposition and picking up a few industry awards along the way.
Andrew offers a unique blend of academia, direct EA experience and a coaching approach to change and personal development. This valuable practical experience of running Estate Agencies both large and small with a wealth of technical and academic learning is rarely matched in the industry. He is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, a Certified NLP practitioner, a member of the Association for Coaching and the holder of two masters degrees, the first an MBA from Henley Business School in 2007 and the second an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change also from Henley in 2020.
In founding the Business of Estate Agency Andrew’s mission is to help clients achieve sustainable performance improvements in their business by focusing on the power of developing people and processes.
